To answer your question Amy
President Bush is waring the fabled “Ring of Power”, from the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. This “Ring of Power” was made by the Dark Lord Sauron who created this ring to rule over 5 other rings made and given to the differing races of middle earth. He did this to trick these races into bondage by using the power that the One Ring has over the others.

If you hold the “One Ring of Power” after a while it’s power will corrupt the bearer because it’s one and only will is to serve it’s Master Sauron. (Lucifer)

I wonder if President Bush understands the symbolic significance of what he is wearing in this picture.

If you look closely though this is President Bush’s wedding ring finger so the creator of the image obvioulsy edited or added the zoom to make a point.

He’s really not wearing the ring in the closeup.
